David's approach with each client begins by identifying the key drivers of their business, proposing initiatives to accelerate those drivers, and detailing the financial impact of the initiatives. Once the initiatives are agreed to, he ensures that each is broken into smaller, objectively measurable tasks, with success defined by the ability to execute these tasks effectively. Execution is all that matters.
As the former Head of Growth, Finance, and Operations for a $100M+ Silicon Valley startup David brings first-hand operational experience. Paired with his financial background, which was developed during his years in private debt/equity, David is able to understand the business through a financial lens and then derive and help execute on relevant strategic initiatives for clients.
This comprehensive skill set often leads to long-term client relationships. To date, David has assisted over ten companies in raising capital and has taken on fractional CFO and/or COO roles in over half of these businesses. The unique blend of operational expertise and financial acumen, paired with his execution and results-first mentality has made him a trusted partner for all of his clients.
